Free Me

You have found a key that leads you to this old house's cellar and found this guy from there being handcuffed on the wall with golden handcuffs asking you to go to him and free him. There is a paper that says:
"If you will free this creature, make sure you will make a deal with proper conditions."

Would you free him? If you did, what would be the conditions.

My advice would be: think carefully. This guy loves killing, torturing and sex. He will do those things just to anyone or thing. He's a masochist and a sadist. Even if he's all this, he can be fun company. He can be a sweet guy. He can be a clown. He can be a nightmare. He can be the sweet dreams.
